| 摘 要： | 改革开放的伟大实践与邓小平广阔的开放精神是分不开的。邓小平的开放精神的产生在马克思主义的世界历史观指导下，顺应了时代发展潮流，也与他独特的个人素质有很大关系。他的开放精神表现为开放的理论思维、开放的视野、开放的大理论。今天来学习邓小平的开放精神，对于我们进一步打破僵化，与时俱进，提高对外开放的水平具有理论和实践意义。
