| 摘 要： | 能源是关系到一个国家兴衰的大事。完善节约能源法律制度是促进我国经济繁荣发展的重要组成部分。通过对节能法制建设情况及存在问题的分析,认为可以从社会、企业、政府等方面出发规范节能行为,完善节能机制,提高节能效益。

| Abstract: | Energy resources are of great importance to a nation＇s prosperity.The improvement of energy conservation laws and regulations is an integral part of boosting China＇s economy.By analyzing the current situation of legal construction on energy conservation and the existent problems,this paper holds that energy conservation should be carried out in a standardized way and the mechanism should be improved so as to increase the benefits of energy efficiency. |
