| 摘 要： | 动画片中的动作表现赋予了一部动画片生命的活力，好的动作表现源于美的节奏。阐述了节奏感在动作美的体现上的重要性，从培养生活中的动作节奏感入手，通过对生活中动作节奏的观察和体会，莱帮助学生在动画动作构思中，提升动作节奏感，在此基础上探讨了动画专业训练中对节奏感提升的路径选择。

| Abstract: | The manifestation of motions can give life and vitality to an animation. And good manifestation of motions comes from pretty rhythms. It elaborates the significance of sense of rhythm to dynamic beauty and explores the strategies to promote major students＇ consciousness of motion rhythm through observation upon daily motions and sketching of animated motions. |
