| 摘 要： | 随着我国进入老龄化社会,大学生就业创业步入一个新的时期。老龄社会催生的老龄产业成为缓解大学生就业创业难的新突破口。高校需要通过开展形势教育,营造老龄产业氛围,搭建信息咨询平台,进行积极政策扶持,树立典型等措施,做好老龄化社会中大学生的就业创业工作。

| Abstract: | The agedness industry which booms with the aging society comes to provide new opportunities for college students in employment and entrepreneurship. Through teaching of national situation, creating agedness industry atmosphere, building up information platform, offering policy preference, and setting good examples, the school can make undergraduates feel more confident when facing graduation. |
