| 摘 要： | 发展文化产业是一个系统工程，涉及经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设等诸多领域，需要坚持统筹兼顾、协调推进。现阶段要进一步深化文化体制改革，打造发展文化产业的良好格局。强化财政金融对文化产业建设的支持力度，正确处理经济效益与社会效益的关系。
