| 摘 要： | 随着国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要的颁布,独立学院的发展进入一个新的时期,这必将促使学院内部机制进一步完善。在新形势下,辅导员工作面临任务不断变化、工作内容不断扩展等新的挑战。因此,需要对辅导员工作的职能给予科学合理的定位,以提高独立学院学生管理工作的水平和效率。

| Abstract: | With the issue of national medium and long-term education reform and development plan, the development of independent colleges welcomes a new era, which imperatively calls for the perfection of its internal mechanisms. Correspondingly, the counselors are facing new challenges, so it is expected to redefine and reposition their roles to improve the student management work. |
