| 摘 要： | 大学生创新创业能力培养是高素质应用型人才培养的重要途径,是高等教育改革和创新型国家发展的需要。地方本科高校在创新创业教育中通过构建跨部门的管理协调机制,将相关教学内容纳入人才培养计划,开展丰富的创新创业实践活动,提供有力的制度及资金保障等措施,形成富有生机活力的创新创业教育体系。

| Abstract: | The cultivation of undergraduates＇ innovational and entrepreneurial competence is essential to developing high-quality practical talents and necessary to higher education reform and the innovation-oriented country construction. It is suggested to build cross-department coordinative mechanism, involve relative teaching contents into talent-cultivation program, take various entrepreneurial activities, and depend on mighty system and funding. |
