| Abstract: | Through the analysis of Internet administration and the leading cadres＇ administrative capability on the internet, it proposes to transit conceptions and meet the challenges, to establish regulations and standardize the governance, to take various measures and promote the novel ability, hence the leading cadres＇ administrative capability on the internet can be improved. |
