| 摘 要： | 贫困家庭认定是国家为构建和谐社会、做好新型社会资助工作必经的程序之一。建立健全贫困家庭认定的内外监督机制,不断提升贫困家庭认定过程中的透明度,提高贫困家庭认定工作的时效性、针对性和影响力,是促进该项工作更加规范的重要保证。

The standardization of this identification is guaranteed by perfect internal and external supervision mechanisms, the transparency in the identification process, the improvement of work timeliness, relevance and influence, etc.. |
