关于强化食品安全监管保障机制的探讨

摘    要:分析了食品质量安全监管存在的几个主要问题,一是监管对象面广量大,二是监管网络不够健全,三是监管执法仍显薄弱,四是相关部门重视不够。提出了强化食品质量安全监管的有效措施:第一,完善行政监管体系;第二,建立健全监管制度;第三,加强监管网络建设;第四,加大监管执法力度;第五,加强风险监控防范。

Abstract:The problems in food safety supervision include: 1. huge number and wide distribution of the su pervised; 2. ill-developed network, 3. weak law enforcement;4. lack of government concern. The effective strategies to reinforce the supervision system are: 1. to improve the administrative supervision system; 2. to establish and perfect the supervision system; 3. to promote the network construction, etc.
