| 摘 要： | 通过案例分析网络媒体的特点及其存在的问题,并提出相应对策。认为网络道德建设只有在加强自律的前提下,以建立普遍的网络伦理观念为基础,以法律为约束手段,加以网络模范的教育感化,才能使网络在伦理规范之下健康成长。

On Negative Case of Network from the Perspective of Ethics |

| Abstract: | Based on the case study of network,this paper analyzes the characteristics of network media and the problems concerned and proposes the corresponding countermeasures.It maintains that the construction of network morality depends on strengthening self-discipline.By means of establishing general idea on network ethics,regarding law as restraining method and setting a good example of network for instruction,it is possible to make network develop in a healthy way under the guidance of ethics. |
