Brief Discussions on the Overseas Chinese Policy of Guangnan Regime

During the time when southern Vietnam was under the control of Guangnan Regime, hundreds of overseas Chinese drifted there. They opened up and developed the area, and made it prosperous through hard work. With the development of political situation, Vietnam Guangnan Regime changed its policy toward the overseas Chinese, from consolation to oppression, from roping - in to pushing- aside. With time passed, those overseas Chinese have followed the historical development and got used to the life there.
