创业企业成长风险的跟踪管理

Establishing the Tracking Management of Growth Risks for Pioneering Enterprises

Different from the risks common enterprises face in their development, investors need to establish a specific risk-tracking management mechanism against the growth risks of the pioneering enterprises. This paper suggests that the risk control includes risk identifying, risk diagnosing and risk management--the three links mainly influenced by pioneering enterprises' development phase, share-holding proportion, vocation invested and results from investment, etc. Therefore, we should adopt monitoring and value added service two approaches to control the risks pioneering before enterprises.
