| 摘 要： | 随着城市社会风险事件日渐增多,就需要完善相应预警机制。针对当前宁波市社会风险预警管理现状及其存在的主要问题,我们应主动建立健全基本的社会风险预警管理机制。通过国内相关经验对比分析可知,一套完整的风险管理机制应当包括基本的风险预警体系,完善的预警过程分析,明确的预警责任监控机构和先进的社会风险预警技术。

| Abstract: | With the increase of urban social risk events,it is necessary to improve the early warning mechanism.In response to the current situation and the problems of the social risk management,Ningbo should take the initiative to establish a basic social risk warning management mechanism.The practice of other cities shows that a complete risk management mechanism should include the basic risk early warning system,the complete procedure of early warning analysis,the responsible monitoring agency and the advanced technology of early warning of social risks. |
