| 摘 要： | 从解析高校科研团队特征出发，通过对高校科研团队在组建及运作管理方面存在问题分析的基础上，提出了加强高校科研团队建设的对策建议，包括：建立“真正”学科交叉的科研团队，完善团队内、外管理机制及考评体系，以人为本加强团队文化建设等，并对这些措施进行了探讨。
