| 摘 要： | 当前我国的高等教育正处在转型时期,国家倡导大学生自主创业。借助人力资本理论,通过对高等教育人力资本培育和大学生创业之间的关系分析,对高等教育改革创新从而更好地培育大学生创业能力资本提出了两点建议。

| Abstract: | At present the higher education of our country is in transition.Our government initiates independence of college students in starting an undertaking.The paper analyzes the relationship independence of college students in starting an undertaking.The paper analyzes the relationship between nurturing and educating manpower capital and college students' starting an undertaking with the aid of the manpower theory,and then sets forth some advice on cultivating students' ability to start an undertaking. |
