| 摘 要： | 入世将对我国国有商业银行带来何种挑战和机遇,这一问题不仅关系到我们如何认识加入WTO,更关系到我们如何应对加入WTO后的形势.中国加入WTO,既没有对国有商业银行提出那么多新的挑战,也没有为国有商业银行带来那么多新的机遇.本文旨在探讨加入WTO对国有商业银行挑战和机遇的实质所在,进而提出国有商业银行生存发展所面临的真正挑战和机遇.

| Abstract: | Challenges and opportunities that will be brought to our state-owned commercial banks by the entry into the WTO make effects not only on how understand the entry into the WTO, but also on how we react to the WTO. China's entry into the WTO will neither bring about so many new cha-llenges to our state-owned commercial banks,nor offer so many new opportunities. On the basis fo those analyses, the thesis makes research into the essence of the challenges and opportunities to our state-owned commercial banks resulting from the WTO, and poses real challenges and opportunities that out state-owned commercial banks will face in order to survive and develop. |
