| 摘 要： | 民主集中制是中国共产党的根本组织原则。在改革开放和发展社会主义市场经济的新形势下,民主集中制有待进一步改进和完善。本文从正确理解其科学内涵入手,分析其存在的问题和原因,论述了保障党员民主权利、健全权力体制、完善党的代表大会制度和党的委员会制度。

| Abstract: | Democratic centralism is the essential organization principle of the Communist Party of China. In the new situation of reforming and opening, and developing socialist market economy, the democratic centralism should be further improved and perfected. Beginning with the understanding of the democratic centralism, this paper analyzes its problems as well as reasons for those problems, and discusses the way to guarantee the democratic rights of the party members, the strengthening of the power systems, and the perfection of the congress and the committee systems of the Communist Party. |
