| 摘 要： | 由于世宗对言官的厌薄、憎恶情绪,嘉靖朝言官得祸独重,备受摧抑。忠于职守的言官不屈的抗争,使嘉靖言官的气节闻名史册。但皇权的打击埋下了言官群体分化蜕变的祸根。嘉靖言官的悲怆历史,揭示了明代监察机制中存在的对最高权力约束的无力及监督手段单一落后等缺陷。

| Abstract: | In Jiajing Reign of the Ming Dynasty, Supervisors were stroken very seriously because of Emperor's disgusting attitude to them. Supervisors had aggoring unyieldedly which made them well-known in history. However, Emperor's stroke covered up the disaster that supervisors began to divide and transmute. The history of supervisors in Jiajing Reign shows some blemishs such as the inability to control the highest power and the fall-behind of inspecting method in cencor system of the Ming Dynasty. |
