| 摘 要： | 通过查阅大量的文献资料和网络了解健排舞风格特征、健身价值以及在山西农村开展的现状;通过文献资料法和问卷调查法对太原市周边农村老年人休闲体育活动中健排舞开展的现状进行调查,太原市周边农村老年人对健排舞有浓厚的兴趣,但尚未形成健排舞健身锻炼的习惯,对健排舞如何在农村老年人中普及提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | This paper explored thee style characteristics,fitness value of line dance and its current situation of development in rural Shanxi province through literature review and surfing the Net.Specifically,the current situation of development of line dance among the elderly in the rural areas surrounding Taiyuan City was investigated through literature review and questionnaires,and it found that the elderly in the rural areas surrounding Taiyuan City are deeply interested in line dance,yet they do not have the habit of keeping fitness by dancing line dance.Finally,this paper put forward some practical strategies in popularizing line dance among the elderly in rural areas. |
