| Abstract: | For along period of time, people have been always thinking the tyranny of Qing Dynasty is related to Han fei's Legalists contention. They firmly believe that he is a harsh person, and he wants to strengthen monarchical power at the price of being cruel to the people. Actually it is a misunderstanding. Han fei's Contention, to governer the country by the guilding thought of administering a country for the masses of the people, to punish severely corrupt officials, to protect the masses of the people's economic interests, to pursue legal justice and to protest life and property right of the masses of the people is a kind of more practical contention. |
