| 摘 要： | 基于2010年实地调研数据,发现目前佛山外来工子女教育存在诸多问题:从外部环境来说,主要有外来工子女义务教育免费门槛过高、政府宣传力度不够,公办学校财政和学位压力较大,民办学校扶持力度不够、教学质量没保障等;从外来工自身方面来说,主要有文化素质不高、家庭教育支持欠缺,收入水平低等。今后佛山要进一步放宽外来工子女入学准入制度、提供公平的竞争环境、鼓励社会力量办学、完善外来工子女教育救助制度和重视外来工子女心理健康的对策。
