| 摘 要： | 国际农产品反倾销对出口国农业产业发展具有重要影响,其发展趋势不容乐观,必须深入系统地对农产品反倾销的原因进行研究。国际农产品反倾销既有与一般工矿业产品相同的产生原因,又有源于农业产业内部诸因素自身特点或涉农相关政策调整等原因,前者构成了农产品反倾销的一般性原因,后者则是农产品反倾销的特殊性原因,一般性原因在农产品反倾销过程中发挥了主导作用,而特殊性原因则在一定程度上进一步催化或方便了反倾销的实施。

| Abstract: | International anti-dumping against agricultural products takes on an exacerbating trend with magnitude effects on the development of exporting country's agriculture industry,so it is necessary to analyze its reasons deeply and systematically.Apart from the reasons resulting in anti-dumping against industrial or mining products,anti-dumping against agricultural products has some special reasons arising from agriculture itself and other related factors.The former belong to generality reasons,while the latter are particularity reasons.These two kinds of reasons exert respectively dominant and catalyzing role during anti-dumping action. |
