企业国际化经营中关键风险的识别研究

风险识别是企业从事国际化经营时进行风险管理采取的首要步骤,也是进一步实施风险防范与规避的前提和基础.本文以中国企业的国际化经营为研究背景,在对国际风险分类与识别进行理论推导的基础上,通过实证研究,对企业在采取不同国际市场进入模式时所面临的各类风险加以识别,并对关键风险进行聚焦探析.

A Study on the Key Risk Identification of the Enterprises'''' International Operation

With the closer relations of the global economy,the inter-national operation enterprises are faced with a competitive environ-ment with great uncertainty and risk,therefore they are affected by varieties of risks directly and indirectly.Meanwhile,Chinese enter-prises encounter diversified risk and resistance when they are devel-oping oversea markets.Therefore,risk identification is the chief step of risk management in the enterprises international operation,and also the premise and basis of risk avoidance and countermeasure.This research takes Chinese enterprises international operation as the research background,based on the theoretical deduction of the international risk classification and identification,the key risks are identified and focus analyzed with regard to the different entry modes through empirical research.This research uses the interna-tional market entry mode classified by Anderson Otto(1996)for ref-erences and considers that there is great difference in the operation and risk included by different entry mode.So this research shows the hypothesis:there will be different key risk during the selection of international market entry mode.Through empirical research,the key risks are identified,analyzed and sorted focus with regard to the different entry modes in order to analyze the characteristics of risks of different entry modes thoroughly.According to the research,it is shown that risk identification is the same important as pursuing the international operation opportunity for the firms with a gradual in-depth internationalization process.Meanwhile,it is important for the international operation enterprises to identify the key risks with pertinence in order to establish risk precaution system,avoid international risk and effectively improve international operation performance and competitive power in the international market.
