| 摘 要： | 培养具有创新精神和创新能力的高级专门人才是高等教育的核心目标。但是,从现行的教育体制和方法来看,还存在着很多不利于创新人才培养的因素。就培养创新人才在中国高等教育中的作用、中国高等教育对于培养创新人才存在的问题以及应该采用怎样的方法进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | It is a key goal for higher education to train talents with initiative spirit and innovative ability.However,according to current structure of education and method,still there are a lot of respects which do not benefit for the cultivation.The article discusses how important training talents is and what kind of method should be taken to overcome the difficultes in trainning innovative talents in our country at present. |
