| 摘 要： | 战后60年来,中国学者对日本战争罪责研究是很不充分、很不深入的。为此,应进一步挖掘、发现新的罪证,大力加强实证性研究,运用多种研究方法,从国际法视角加强研究,扩大这一领域研究的国际影响,以使这一课题研究走向深入。

| Abstract: | During the recent sixty years after the WWII,Chinese scholars fail to carry out profound,sufficient researches on Japan's war crime.In a vision to extend the international influence of the subject,it is necessary to offer deeper analyses of Japan's war crime with the adoption of various research methods,such as approaching from the perspectives of international law.A positivist view may be adopted with further discovery of new evidences of crime. |
