| 摘 要： | 改革开放30年以来,我国学术界在民族区域自治的正当性、民族自治地方建置、自治机关民族化、自治权、民族法制建设等领域对民族区域自治制度的理论和实践问题进行了深入的研究和探讨,提出了许多有益的观点和建议,对发展和完善民族区域自治制度起到了积极的促进作用。

| Abstract: | Since the Reform and Opening-up policy,the academic community has made in-depth studies of the theory and practice Of regional national autonomy system from the aspects of regional ethnic autonomy legitimacy, the establishment of national autonomous areas, nationalization of autonomous organs, autonomous right, and the national legal system construction and proposed many useful ideas and suggestions on the development and improvement of the regional national autonomy system. |
