| Abstract: | On the condition of aging of population and shortage of the Intellectual Resources in Gansu, fully developing the Intellectual Resources of the Aged is a quick and effective way . This paper on the basis of the situation of talent in Gansu, by analyzing the necessity of development of the intellectual resources of the aged in Gansu, put forward corresponding train of thoughts and strategies. |
