| 摘 要： | 新公共管理理论的核心主题是公共服务的有效供给。该理论包含了一系列改进公共服务供给的基本观点,这些观点所提倡的公共服务供给方式虽然对传统的公共服务供给方式有所超越,但也有诸多值得反思之处。通过对这些观点的回顾与反思,探求其对中国公共服务供给的有益启示。

| Abstract: | The core topic of new public management is the valid supply of public service. The theory includes a series of basic views of improvements in public service supply. Although the way of public service supply promoted by these views has overstepped the traditional one,there is much in them that deserves reconsideration.Based on reconsideration of these views,the present paper discusses their value to public service supply in China. |
