| 摘 要： | 大型煤炭企业近年来越来越重视企业发展战略的研究和制定。本文以郑煤集团为例,对其外部环境应用EFE矩阵、内部环境应用IFE矩阵进行了分析,发现郑煤集团在整个行业中仅处于平均水平,其发展战略亟待改进。在此基础上,本文利用SWOT矩阵为其设计了四类战略方案,并采用QSPM矩阵从中选择出了符合郑煤集团实际发展需要的战略方案。

| Abstract: | Large-scale coal enterprises have been focusing on studying and formulating development strategies in recent years.This paper takes the Zhengmei Group as an example,analyzes its external and internal environments respectively by EFE and IFE matrixes,and finds that this group can only reach an average level in the whole industry,which implies that its strategies need improvement.Accordingly,the paper utilizes SWOT matrix to provide Zhengmei Group with four types of strategy.The paper also chooses the exact strategies in accordance with Zhengmei Group＇s actual development needs by adopting the QSPM matrix. |
