Discussion on the Characteristics and Roles of Chinese Private Economy

In order to assess correctly the position and role of Chinese privae economy, this paper based on relevantly economic theories, beginning from the concept, elucidates the meaning and the devloping process of Chinese private economy and analzes the operating charateristics and operating conditions of private economy. It probes the important functions of private economy in enhancing national economic benefit, optimizing allocation of resourees, creating enterprise team, exploring new employment channels and so on.
