老年人甲状腺结节的临床分析

目的探索老年人甲状腺结节的发生率以及对甲状腺功能的影响。方法对312例住院老年干部进行甲状腺体检、甲状腺彩色超声检查和甲状腺功能测定，进行统计学分析。结果老年甲状腺结节检出率为65．1％，其中〈70岁组检出率25．7％，≥70岁组检出率为83．9％，两组间差异有显著性（P〈0．01）。正常组和甲状腺结节组比较甲状腺功能各项指标差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论老年甲状腺结节发生率高且随年龄增加发生率增高，老年甲状腺结节对甲状腺功能无明显影响。

Clinical analysis of the thyroid gland nodule in the elderly

Objective Investigate the incidence rate of the thyroid gland nodule of elderly people and to the influence of the thyroid gland function. Methods Carry on a thyroid gland check-up,the thyroid gland colorful super voice to 312 hospitalized old-age staffs check and thyroid gland function measurement,carry on analysis. Results The old-age thyroid gland nodules checks to lead to 65.1%,among them〈 70-year-old set checks to lead 25.7%, ≥70-year-old set checks to lead to 83.9%,and two sets have difference significantly （P〈0.01）. Normal set and thyroid gland＇s nodules set comparison thyroid gland function various index sign haven＇t difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The old-age thyroid gland nodule incidence rate large and with age increment the incidence rate increase,the old-age thyroid gland nodules have no obvious influence to the thyroid gland function.
