| 摘 要： | 日本关系融资在日本战后经济快速发展过程中发挥了重要的作用,但也对日本20世纪80年代的泡沫扩张起了推波助澜的负面效应。借鉴日本发展的经验教训,比较中国的现实问题,我们发现关系融资在中国的应用和推广应该主要针对中小企业。通过企业集群等方式并结合中国金融体系特点,能够有效发挥关系融资对中小企业融资的支持,有助于推动金融发展落后地区的赶超和发展,逐步弥合地区金融割裂的状况。与此同时,中国面临的问题与日本有不少相识之处,需要加强金融监管和企业规范,不断完善金融法规监管体系。
