| 摘 要： | 从教者有三重境界,即教者、教育者和教育家。教者,主要是教书,有能教和善教两层次。教育者,是体现教育性的教者,需要更多优秀的个人品质。教育家,是具备教育精神和教育智慧的教育者,是从教者的最高境界。

| Abstract: | There are three realms in the person,who teaches,namely the teacher, the educator and the educationalist.The teacher,mainly doing classroom teaching,can be of two levels: being able to teach and being good at teaching.The educator is the teacher who embodies the nature of education with more outstanding personal qualities.The educationalist is the educator with educational spirit and educational wisdom,and is the supreme realm of a person who teaches. |
