| Abstract: | In the nearly 30 accords of WTO, there is only "TRIPS" that directly concerns the viti-vinicultural domain, mainly the geographic indications of wines and their protection. Three other accords, "SPS","TBT" and "Accord of Settlement of Disputes"national activities in commerce. So China must accelerate process of establishing the system of geographic indications of wines and their protection for preparing to enter the WTO. |
