湖北新闻传播体制改革刍议

在建设"和谐湖北"的进程中,新闻传媒扮演着重要的角色.传媒自身的和谐,是社会和谐的基本内容之一.建构和谐媒体的关键是推进新闻传播体制的改革.这种改革主要涉及四个方面:改革传媒经营管理体制;调整传媒结构布局;集团化模式的深化以及规范传媒运作.只有全面改革,湖北传媒才能胜任社会交流工具的职鞍责,在构建公共领域、营造和谐的舆论环境以及社会预警和社会监督等方面发挥应有的作用.

Study on the System Reform of Media in Hubei Province

Mass media plays an important role in building a harmonious Hubei.Self-harmony of mass media is not only the precondition of social harmony,but also the basic content.The key of building a harmonious media is promoting the system reform of media.This reform mainly refers to four aspects : reform of the management system of media,adjustment of media structure distribution,deepening of the grouping patterns and standardization of meida operation.Only by comprehensive reform,hubei media is competent for responsibility as a tool for social communication.Thus,hubei media brings into key play in construction of public domain,creation of harmonious circumstance of public opinion,and social alarming and supervision and so on.
