| 摘 要： | 刑事案件中嫌疑人近亲属面临受牵连的境遇。为充分实现其人权保障,需要在反思嫌疑人近亲属受牵连境遇的基础上,针对受牵连境遇的具体表现,建构嫌疑人近亲属国家赔偿制度、精神损害赔偿制度以及有限侦查知情权构成的权利体系,以重塑嫌疑人近亲属受牵连境遇。

| Abstract: | The suspects＇ near relatives face the related circumstances. We must reconsider the related circumstances of suspects＇ near relatives to protect the human rights. According to the related circumstances of suspects＇ near relatives, we should construct the related constitution or provide the related rights to remold the circumstances of the suspects＇ near relatives. |
