| 摘 要： | 党政工作部门的考核评价工作是一项复杂的工作，对其实施程序的优化是保证其良性发展的基础。ESIA方法是进行这种程序改良的前沿性方法。使用这种方法，文章提出了优化考核评价程序的四个主要方面，即：清楚非增值活动；简化必要活动；整合零散流程；使任务自动化。

| Abstract: | It is very complex to evaluate the work in administrative organs. To prioritize its evaluation procedure can guarantee theii benign progress. And ESIA is the pioneering method to improve the evaluation. This paper points out the four aspeets that can priori- tize the evaluation： elearing non added-value activity, simplifying necessary activity, integrating procedures, and automating tasks. |
