| 摘 要： | 经济法的产生最集中、最本质地体现了 2 0世纪社会化大生产高度发达条件下 ,整个社会结构“社会本位”性的整合与变迁。混合经济体制、强社会—强国家的社会结构模式以及社会本位的法哲学思潮 ,为经济法的产生提供了依据。该诸条件的客观存在 ,注定了经济法的光明前景

| Abstract: | The emergence of economic law most centrally and essentially reflects the combination and evolution of the whole social structure with the characteristic of social interests trend, under the condition of highly socialized mass producton in 20 th century. Mixed economic system, social structure with strong society and strong govement, and public interests standard of thought provide a sound basis for its emergence. And continued objective existence of such conditions ensures its bright prospect. |
