劳动法下的农民工问题

《中华人民共和国劳动法》是一部保护劳动者合法权益,全面规范劳动关系的基本法律。为完善劳动关系协调机制,依法维护劳动者和用人单位的合法权益,发挥了重要作用。但是,农民工的合法权益遭受侵害的事件屡见不鲜,农民工问题大量涌现,国务院研究室就解决农民工问题发布了《国务院关于解决农民工问题的若干意见》。我们应高度重视农民工问题,尽快解决。
