黄道婆的传说与现实

黄道婆与上海乃至中国的棉纺织技术的发展是联系在一起的。她的贡献,在于提高了上海地区纺织技术水平,并对从海南带来黎族的技术进行了创新,当然这一切都离不开当时上海的社会、经济、人文环境等因素,这说明元代的上海的农村虽处于小农经济的状态中,但它依然有很强的包容性和开放性。另外,黄道婆对社会和历史所做出的贡献,不仅是传授、发展了棉花纺织技术,而且大大提高了上海地区妇女的经济地位,促进汉族与黎族之间的交流,这才是研究黄道婆非常重要的文化基点。

The Legend and Reality of Huang Daopo

Huang Daopo is always connected with the development of cotton textile technology of Shanghai, and even the whole China. Her contribution lies in her improvement of the textile technology of Shanghai region, and her reform of the textile technology brought from Lizu People of Hainan Island. All these were contributed to the elements of Shanghai's society, economy, and humane environment, which showed that Shanghai in the Yuan Dynasty still had strong features of toleration and opening in spite of agricultural state. In addition, the contributions made by Huang Daopo to society and history did not only lied in her teaching and developing the cotton textile technology, but also greatly increasing women's economic statue in Shanghai region, and promoting the communication between Lizu People and Han People. These are the most important basic points in the research of Huang Daopo.
