摘    要:移动业务的拓展促进了移动运营商的更好地实施差异化服务。构建了基于客户感知的移动业务评价指标体系,利用模糊综合评价模型建立移动业务的综合评价方法,并通过示例说明该评价方法的实现步骤。

Abstract:To develop mobile services is important for implementing kindly diversity services by telecom operators. In this paper,the index system of the comprehensive eraluation for mobile services was proposed.According to the model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,method of comprehensive evaluation was given for the mobile services. The application of the method was also demonstrated.
