农村居民对控制出生人口性别比的认知——对湖北省8县（市）996名农村居民的实证调查

目前大多农村居民认识到出生性别选择行为是一种越轨行为,但对出生人口性别比偏高的影响尚处于比较模糊的认识状态,对国家实施出生性别控制政策的必要性认知上表现出一定的矛盾性,对国家目前实施的计划生育政策的认同状况也不容乐观,这势必会影响出生人口性别比控制政策的实施.因此,通过非制度化控制和制度化控制的有机结合,提高村民对出生人口性别比问题的认知,对充分落实计划生育、控制出生人口性别比政策和措施有重要意义.

The Rural Inhabitants' Cognition about Controlling Male-Female Proportion of Infant--positivistic investigation of 996 rural inhabitants of Hubei province

At present, the majority of rural inhabitants have come to realize that sexual selection is a deviant act. But they don't have a clear picture of the aftermath of sexual selection, and to some extent, they have conflicting cognition on the necessity of controlling male-female proportion of infant. What's more, there is no reason to be optimistic about their recognition of the nation-wide policy of family plan which is currently in force. As a result, the enforcement of male-female proportion control policy is bound to be affected. So, inhabitants' cognition about controlling male-female proportion of infant can be boosted when official social control comined with unofficial social control, thus guaranteeing that the social control will be successfully put into effect.
