大学生就业误区的对策

摘    要:近年来,随着高等教育改革逐渐深入,毕业生人数骤增,就业形势严峻,大学生就业中出现的各种误区逐渐成为各高校学生工作的一个新问题.文章通过列举大学生就业中出现较多的六种误区,深入分析了大学生就业误区形成的主、客观原因,并提出了一系列的解决措施,旨在杜绝大学生就业误区形成的根源,使大学中的就业误区不断减少,努力为我们的社会造就成千上万新型的、高素质的人才.

Countermeasure and thinking of the common misunderstandings in employment for college students

Abstract:In recent years,various misunderstandings appeared in graduates employment are gradually becoming new problems of university students education because of the deepgoing reformation of higher education,the soaring number of graduates and severe situation of employment,.This article,through listing six common misunderstandings in graduates employment,analyses how both subjective and objective reasons of graduates employment form and comes up with a range of measures in order to stop the root of those misunderstandings,then to reduce it and finally to strive to create millions of and newly taped and highly qualified talents for our society.
