| 摘 要： | 天时、地利、人和三大要素是区域文化的内涵表现。政治中心的确立对相应区域文化的形成起着决定性的作用，来自于政治权力的特殊赏赐等，也会影响区域文化的整体风貌。地理环境造成的地利条件对区域文化特色的形成作用也很显明，特别是南北文化的异同充分反映了这一点。在区域文化的形成过程中，代表人物的作用更是不可或缺。

| Abstract: | As the three key factors, timeliness, topographical advantages and support of the people symbolize the connotation of regional culture. Establishment of the political center plays the decisive role in forming the corresponding regional culture, and special rewards from political power affect its overall style and features. Topographical advantages from geographical environment also contribute to features of regional culture, which is reflected by differences and similarities between the North and the South. Meanwhile, representative characters are also essential in the formation process of regional culture. |
