农林高校实施国家公派研究生 项目现状的调查分析

文章通过对农林高校申请公派出国的部分研究生的问卷调查，探讨了申请人对公派项目的认知与态度、出国留学的目的、培养模式、导师在其学生申请留学过程中的态度和作用以及申请人对学校公派留学指导工作的需求，分析农林高校实施国家公派研究生项目的现状；最后提出完善高校实施国家公派研究生项目的政策建议。

An Empirical Study on Implementing the State Scholarship Study Program for Graduate Studentsat Universities of Agriculture and Forestry

The implementation of ＂The State Scholarship Study Abroad Program for Graduate Studies＂（SSSAP） is an important strategy to train long ＆ medium-term high level professionals for China. Through an empirical study conducted to the applicants for SSSAP at the universities of agriculture and forestry, we examined the perception and attitude of the respondents to the Program, the goals of studying abroad, training models, supervisors＇ attitude and role in their students＇ application process, as well as the requirements of the respondents on the service of the university administrative offices. Finally, policy recommendations are made to highlight and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the Program.
