| 摘 要： | 农村城镇化在发达国家已经取得了诸多成功经验，韩国、法国、日本等国家在农村城镇化进程中分别采取了不同的政策，这些方法归纳起来就是：政府发挥主体作用、强化农业基础地位、夯实农业基础设施、适度进行农民培训。但是我国的农村城镇化还存在着这样或那样的问题，主要表现在：农民没有诚意合作、村民行为急功近利、只重形式不重内容等。实际上新型城乡形态下的农村城镇化应有如下新表现：由外到内追求时尚、目标选择由浮到静、村庄格局更加严整、在传统中渗透现代、完善居民创业平台，等等。
