| 摘 要： | 大中华经贸区的形成需要由中国区际私法的统一作保障，我国在进行私法统一时应借鉴欧美国家的作法，根据民商事法律规范性质的不同采用不同的统一方式。对于民事法律规范的统一，可借鉴美国的作法，首先成立中国区际私法统一委员会，然后采用制定区际冲突法的方式进行统一；而对于大中华经贸区的形成起促进作用的商事法律规范，可借鉴欧盟的作法，采用分别制定单行条例的方式进行统一。
