| 摘 要： | 美国研究生教育体系博采世界发达国家研究生教育之长并适应政治经济文化发展需要而构建，其研究生质量保障机制是美国拥有世界上最庞大的研究生教育体系并始终维持着高水平教育质量的最重要保障。其中，学校内部的质量保障机制在研究生质量保障体系中起着基础性的作用。
