西方政党与社会组织关系：功能、类型及变革

西方政党与社会组织的关系是多样化的。选举成为影响政党与社会组织关系的关键变量。社会组织，一方面是支持政党竞选的重要力量，甚至替代了政党的部分选举功能，另一方面政党变革要适应社会组织的发展，同时政党对社会组织的影响力越来越弱。以社会组织独立性为基点，社会组织与政党的关系可以分为独立型、合作关联型、依附型与隶属型，政党对这些类社会组织的影响各不相同。新兴政党、传统政党与社会组织关系也存在较大差别。新兴政党与社会组织缺乏正式联系，因此，在选举中新兴政党很难得到社会组织的支持。传统政党与独立型、合作关联型社会组织关系越来越松懈，而依附型与隶属型社会组织与传统政党的关系还比较紧密，但是当前社会组织对民众的整体作用在下降，这也对政党利用社会组织提出了新挑战。
